Avinya Cloud

Servers got expensive. You don't need one anymore.

AI data centres are buying up memory and storage, and prices for RAM and SSDs jumped through 2026. Most businesses don't have the local infrastructure that modern ERP and AI need. Avinya Cloud runs it for you, with a small local gateway so work never stops.

The infrastructure squeeze

What happened to hardware prices

Analysts tracked record increases in memory and storage contract prices in 2026, driven by AI data centre demand, with relief not expected before 2027–2028.

FAQ

Questions about Avinya Cloud

What happens if our internet goes down?

A small local gateway keeps billing, scanning and device connections working. It syncs with the cloud when the connection returns.

Do we still need any hardware?

Only the devices you already use, such as billing PCs, printers and scanners, plus the small gateway where devices connect. No server room.

How are backups handled?

Data is backed up automatically every day, and you can export your records at any time.

Can we move our existing data?

Yes. We migrate from Tally, Excel and most other systems during onboarding.

Why not just buy a better server?

You can, but you also pay for RAM and disk upgrades, power backup, maintenance and someone to look after it. With memory prices rising, renting capacity that we manage is often the cheaper and safer choice.

Retire the server in the back room

We migrate your data and set up the gateway. Your team keeps working.
