FAQ

Questions manufacturing owners ask

Do we need new machines for monitoring?

No. Add-on sensors or a PLC connection through our gateway work with most existing machines.

Which AMRs do you support?

AMR task dispatch works with robots that expose a fleet API. Share your model and we confirm during the demo.

Is job work and ITC-04 supported?

Yes. Challans, returns and job worker ledgers feed the ITC-04 report.

Can dealers order on WhatsApp?

Yes. Orders go to the ERP for approval with live stock and price lists.
