Which analyzers can you connect?

Most analyzers that support ASTM or HL7 over serial or TCP. Share your analyzer list and we confirm each model before onboarding.

Is auto-validation safe?

Only results within reference and delta rules release automatically. Everything else goes to the pathologist queue.

Can patients get reports on WhatsApp?

Yes, as a signed PDF with a link. Patients can also ask the bot to explain their report.

Do you support franchises and collection centres?

Yes. Each centre registers samples under its own code, with B2B billing to the main lab.
